we can advise you.
How long can I borrow
over?
Loans are available from 3 years up to
30 years.
What can I use the loan
for?
It is your money. Use it as you
like as long as it is legal.
How quickly can I get a
loan?

than a re-mortgage. Under £25,001 we are governed by the Consumer Credit
Act. Loans above this figure can be completed within approx. 14 working

registered and comply with the Data Protection Act.

Loans are normally paid off from
the sale of your property.

earlier?
Yes, subject to paying the

What happens if I lose
my job and will not be able to afford my monthly payment?
Contact your lender immediately

lenders payment protection plan to take off the burden from yourself in
the event of incapacitation. That little extra payment is well worth it.

later?
Quite possibly. Contact us with
details of your requirements and we will take care of it for you.
What will my interest
rate be?
Your interest rate varies
according to the scheme you are on. Full details will be in the paperwork
