Who can apply for a loan?
You are welcome to apply if you are over 18 years old, buying or owning your own home and a resident in England or Wales.

How can I apply for a loan?

How much can I borrow?
This varies from scheme to scheme. By completing the online form we can advise you.

How long can I borrow over?
Loans are available from 3 years up to 30 years.

What can I use the loan for?
It is your money. Use it as you like as long as it is legal.

How quickly can I get a loan?
Loans are usually much quicker than a re-mortgage. Under £25,001 we are governed by the Consumer Credit Act. Loans above this figure can be completed within approx. 14 working days. It all depends on how quickly your mortgage reference comes in.

Is my application confidential?
Absolutely. We do not pass your details to anyone not connected with processing your application. We are registered and comply with the Data Protection Act.

What if I will want to move to another house?
Loans are normally paid off from the sale of your property.

Can I pay off the loan earlier?
Yes, subject to paying the penalties.

What happens if I lose my job and will not be able to afford my monthly payment?
Contact your lender immediately you are aware of your problem. You are strongly advised to take out the lenders payment protection plan to take off the burden from yourself in the event of incapacitation. That little extra payment is well worth it.

Can I borrow more later?
Quite possibly. Contact us with details of your requirements and we will take care of it for you.

What will my interest rate be?
Your interest rate varies according to the scheme you are on. Full details will be in the paperwork that will be sent to you.

Will you contact my employer?
Only if necessary. Tell us if it is a problem.
